Pass the Community Choice Act – S. 683


On March 24, 2009 Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) reintroduced the Community Choice Act (CCA) [S. 683] in Congress. Families are in crisis, pass the Community Choice Act now! People with disabilities and their families will no longer tolerate being forced into selecting institutions. It's time for Real Choice.
